Big Mac Sauce
Not the exact recipe, obviously...Maybe better? I love the taste of the cured vegetables in this.Print Pin Rate
- 2 Cups Mayonaise
- 1 Small Shallot or Red onion
- 2 Baby cucumbers
- 1 Tsp Tomato Paste
- 1 Tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 Tsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Fish sauce
- 1 Clove Fresh garlic Puréed through a Microplane
- Cut the cucumbers and shallots super fine. Put them over a colander/strainer and season them nicely with some salt. Let them hang out in the strainer for about 30 mins.
- Take your cured veggies and mix everything together with the mayo. Give it a try. Season to your liking.
