First post! Obviously I need to start with breakfast because that is the foundation of life. Making time for breakfast is absolutely essential for me and always makes the day a little better. Breakfast should be healthy, tasty and fast. Here’s a little recipe if you’re craving for something a little different. And yes that’s correct I do eat hot sauce for breakfast…
- Two eggs (free range if possible)
- Handful of fresh parsley (no stems, cut/ripped into massive pieces)
- A nice hot sauce (Frank’s red hot, Tobasco, whatever you have in the fridge)
- Clove of fresh garlic (peeled and crushed)
- Olive oil (extra virgin)
Put a good amount of olive oil in the pan with the crushed garlic and heat slowly. Once the oil is warm and the garlic has sizzled a little, add your eggs and fry on Medium heat. If you nail it, the eggs will be perfectly browned on the bottom and crispy and the yolks still runny. Always season the eggs with salt and pepper at the end. Once your eggs are almost ready, toss in the fresh parsley and hit it with the hot sauce of your choice. Done… and have a great day!
